Day 333. Resume Speak for Everyday Life

I had a job interview today, but I won’t say much about it for fear of me saying something stupid publicly. You know how you talk on a resume and in an interview? I gave some good interview speak today. You know, how you can turn “waited on customers” into “collaborated with clientele in order to produce exceptional results.”

I’m going to go through my day and apply resume speak to each aspect of my day.

-I woke up, poured some cereal and ate it while sitting on the couch.

Adapted for resume –Actively provided nourishment independent of supervision.

-Took a phone call about doing stand up in a bar in a nearby town.

Adapted for resume –Communicated with potential client regarding the provision of entertainment for the pleasure of others.

-I went to a fitness center and worked out.

Adapted for resume –Organized team building retreat.

-Went to FedEx Kinko’s to make copies.

Adapted for resume –Replicated creative materials for distribution to others.

-Had a job interview

Adapted for resume –Future work experience

-Talked to a friend about doing some work for him.

Adapted for resume –Talked to 20 friends about doing some work for them.

-Did an improv show.

Adapted for resume –Worked in a team setting to create laughter inducing responses from patrons.

Did another improv show.

Adapted for resume –Successfully sustained continued success in working in a team setting to create laughter inducing responses from patron.
